YOU CAN'T GO OUT FOR A BIKE RIDE WITHOUT? I always bring some winegums with me on my rides :)
DO YOU PREFER RIDING IN GROUPS OR ALONE? I enjoy both! It depends on what training I am doing. I like riding alone sometimes but I have a lot of fun on the team rides too.
