Returns

Please note: this Return Policy does not apply to wheelsets purchased under our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial program. For those purchases, the conditions outlined in the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial policy apply.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

For safety and quality reasons, products that have been installed, mounted, ridden, used, or show signs of wear cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective and covered under the applicable warranty policy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at ere@ereresearch.com before returning any items. Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Any item showing signs of use, installation, mounting, riding, or wear.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Items purchased as part of a clearance sale, outlet sale, or marked as final sale may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or covered under warranty remain eligible for support in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ere@ereresearch.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ERE Research does not reimburse return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part or an approved warranty claim.

If you receive a refund, any applicable return shipping costs or handling fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over €100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
