Who is this trial for?

The 30-Day Risk-Free Trial is currently available to customers residing within the European Union (EU) only.

How does the 30-day trial work?

When you purchase an ERE Research wheelset, you have 30 days to test and ride the wheels under normal riding conditions.

If, for any reason, the wheelset does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

What is included?

• Applies to all wheelsets purchased directly from ERE Research

• Available for EU residents only

• Ride and test the wheels for 30 days

• Full refund if you are not satisfied

What are the conditions?

To keep this fair for everyone:

• Wheelsets must be returned in good and functional condition

• Normal cosmetic wear from testing is acceptable

• The trial does not apply to wheelsets that are broken or structurally damaged

• Damage caused by crashes, incorrect installation, or misuse is excluded

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
